The wifi connection is unstable. The kids keep on complaining. We also did not get the correct room key right away and we were so tired from our travel and have to wait before we can enter the room.

The bed is soft. So soft that my kids love to jump on it, including my #3 who is just 10 months old. Love how it can be a connecting room. Will try it next time.

Not so good, 1) connecting room, can hear when next door guest speaks. 2) Bed too soft for my mum. 3) Bottled water only given when requested.
