Fire Safety Evacuation
Please be aware of fire hazards. Please familiarize yourself with the fire exit locations and fire safety measures on each floor. These are indicated on the inside of your room door. Please do not use lifts in the event of fire. Please use the pressurized fire escape staircases.

Foreign Currency Exchange
Front desk on Level 1 provides currency exchange for currencies such as Australian $, Canadian $, US $, UK £, Chinese RMB, Hong Kong $, Swiss Franc, Thai Baht, Japanese ¥ and Euro €.

Functions & Meetings
We have five function rooms and one private dining room for different needs and occasions. Our F&B department will be pleased to discuss with you on your requirements.

	Private dining room (Queen's Brasserie, Level 1) - Can seat up to 16 guests. It is ideal for private functions and corporate events.
	Royal Ballroom (Level 3) - Measuring 4,050 square feet in size, the Royal Ballroom can accommodate up to 400 persons for sit-down banquet function.
	Queen's Room (Level 3) - The Queen's Room measures about 916 square feet and can accommodate up to 80 persons set in theatre style.
	Prince Rooms I and II (Level 3) - Prince Room may be partitioned into Prince I and Prince II. Each room is ideal for small meeting of 18 persons set in theatre style.
	Princess Room (Level 2) - The Princess Room makes a good choice for a 20-person buffet, or a theatre-style seating arrangement for 30 persons.

Health Centre
The Health Centre with individual rooms and steam and sauna facilities is located on the 4th level. Its operates from 10.30am to 10.30pm daily. Charges will apply.

International Telephone Calls
Please dial 7, followed by the country and city codes and telephone number. The charges will be added to your room bill automatically.

Internet Access
Wired broadband internet access is available in all guest rooms. Please call Housekeeping at extension 5 or Front Office at extension 3 if you require an internet cable patch cord. Wireless broadband internet access is also available on Level 1. Charges will apply for internet access. Computer patch cords will be loaned without charge. However, a deposit will be required and will be refunded upon the return of the patch cords. If you wish to purchase a patch cord, please call Housekeeping at extension 5 or Front Office at extension 3.

Key Cards
As a security measure, access to guest rooms and to guest floors is only possible by valid key cards. All key cards are valid until the arranged check-out time on your day of departure. Please contact our Front Desk immediately if you have lost your room key card. Please do not give your key card to visitors.

Laundry, Dry Cleaning and Pressing
Regular and Express Services are available. Laundry bags and forms are placed in the wardrobe. Please call to arrange collection or delivery.

Lost and Found
We hold lost and found items for a maximum of 6 months.
